The T040 Series of gold thin-film terminated die are leadless NTC thermistor chips with pre-deposited high temperature solder.  They have leach resistant gold contacts on top and bottom surfaces.

• Part sizes 0.040 inches square to 0.011 inches square
• Resistance values: from 100 ohms to 20M ohms
• Available with gold or silver terminations
• Hybrid attachment (wire bond/solder)
• Ideal for reflow soldering die to board and wire-bonding die top side
• Typical Time Constant: 10 seconds max in still air
• Typical Dissipation Constant: 0.0625 W, derate to 0 at 125˚C
• Tolerances: 1%, 2%, 5%, 10%
• RoHS compliant
• Available with pre-deposited solder
