The T020 Series NTC thermistors are a good choice for temperature control, compensation, and over-temperature protection applications.  Because they are uncoated, suitable protection must be provided for the thermistor against the effects of harsh environments during operation or storage.

• Resistance values: from 100 ohms to 20M ohms

• Typical Time Constant: 10 seconds max in still air
• Typical Dissipation Constant: 0.0625 W, derate to 0 at 125˚C
